Marcelle has the dual role of Payroll Administrator and Office Manager, and has 8 years of experience.

- Submissions to pension/provident funds
ANGELINE PETERSEN: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Angeline is responsible for the following:
- Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
- VAT submissions to SARS
- Company registrations and CIPC returns
- Assist with payroll
- Qualification: Financial Management
CHANTAL JACOBS: SENIOR BOOKKEEPER
Chantal is a Senior Bookkeeper and has more than 18 years of experience in the industry. She has been part of the TMK Solutions Team for 8 years.
Chantal’s responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
- Debtors & Creditors Control
- VAT201 submissions
- Management reporting
- Handling Client and SARS queries.
AVRIL WALKER: SENIOR BOOKKEEPER
Avril holds a N6 Financial Management Certificate qualification and has been with TMK Solutions for 2 years.
Avril is responsible for these duties:
- CIPC Company Registrations
- Amendments and Submissions of Annual Returns
- Payroll
- PAYE and UIF Submissions
- Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
LAMECK USENI: ACCOUNTANT
Lameck has 25 years of experience and is a member of The Southern Africa Institute for Business Accountants – SAIBA (BAP) and the South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT).
Lameck’s responsibilities include:
- Business Accounting
- Tax
- Advisory Practice to Financial Management accounting
- Tax for individuals & Companies
- CIPC Secretarial Services
- Business advisory services for Small to Medium Enterprises
IAN J STEVENS: PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANT (SA), PROFESSIONAL TAX PRACTITIONER (SA)
Ian has over 28 years industry experience and is empowered to perform various functions and issue reports in terms of legislation, namely:
Companies Act, Close Corporations Act,
Micro Lending Industry Regulations,
Sectional Titles Act,
Non-profit Organisations Act,
Schools Act and various other acts. He is also a Commissioner of Oaths and a Practising Member of The South African Institute of Professional Accountants.
